Welcome to Learn and Grow . By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register and use this platform. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Membership Plans

Paid membership plans (Learner, Professional and Executive) grant access to designated courses, career tools, educational partnership eligibility, and platform features as described for each plan. Memberships are personal and non-transferable.

4. Educational Partnership Benefits

Paid plans carry two separate benefits, both earned only through verified completed course purchases: a 30% educational benefit paid to the member who directly referred the paying enrollee, and a 10% mentorship benefit paid to that sponsor's own sponsor — one level further up, and never beyond that second level. Neither benefit is ever paid for recruitment alone; both require a real, verified, non-refunded paid enrollment.

If a member invites someone onto a higher plan than their own current plan, they are paid immediately at their own plan's rate for that benefit, and the difference is recorded and released once they upgrade to that level or higher.

On the Executive plan, the 10% mentorship benefit additionally requires the member to host a verified team seminar (online or physical) at least once per quarter, submitted with proof and subject to admin review. Missing this requirement pauses only the 10% mentorship benefit for that member until a seminar is approved — the 30% educational benefit is never affected by this requirement.

Community Growth Milestones are recognition-only achievement badges and carry no cash value. Benefits are not salaries, guaranteed income, investments, or automatic payments. Earnings depend on verified payments, non-refunded transactions, platform rules, fraud review, and administrative approval. Past earnings do not guarantee future earnings.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Days

Minimum payout is ₦20,000, the same threshold for every paid plan (Learner, Professional and Executive). Approved withdrawal requests are processed every Friday. Requests submitted before Wednesday 11:59pm may enter that week’s Friday payout batch; requests submitted after that may move to the following Friday. If Friday is a public holiday or banking/payment delays occur, payouts may be completed on the next working day. All withdrawals remain subject to account verification, bank/account-name checks, fraud review, admin approval, and available wallet balance.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: share your account, engage in fraudulent referrals, spam, abuse promotions, reverse-engineer the platform, or violate applicable laws. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of earnings.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, branding, and platform features are the intellectual property of Learn and Grow . Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or harm the platform or other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learn and Grow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

10. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
